This is an easy appetizer that I served at my husband’s graduation party.
Pick your favorite ingredients.
I used, green olives seasoned with Sicilian spices, salami, kalamata olives, fresh mozzarella (little bocconcini), and a cherry tomato. This turned out to be a great flavor combination and I think they’re perty.
These can be made ahead of time. These were made the night before. Lay them out on a sheet pan in a single layer, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
No one was harmed in the making or eating of these fine skewered thingies.
