Why do the weekends go by so fast? I think it’s ’cause I’m getting old and sick of not winning the lottery!! Two dollars is totally worth the hopes and dreams of one day disappearing indefinitely to the South Pacific. . . I would need to take my crock pot though so I can make this dip whenever I want. . .
All you need to do is pack some fresh spinach leaves into your crockpot and add the rest of the ingredients on top, cover, stir occasionally, and in a few hours, it’s done! I used my medium size (grrr, not sure exact size) crockpot. From start to finish, it reduces a TON because the spinach leaves wilt to almost nothing.
This is so addicting, who the hell do I think I am?
Serve warm and dip away !
