Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts into gallon zip lock bag and pound to even thickness.
Spray each side with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
Grill chicken until cooked through. Cooking time will depend on how hot your grill is and the thickness of the chicken.
Place chicken on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Spoon marinara over chicken.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and more parmesan.
Place under the broiler until cheese is melty. Top with fresh basil. Serve with a salad or pasta!
