It’s a constant struggle for me to crawl outta bed and get ready for work 25 minutes before I have to be there…. but on my day off, I have no problem voluntarily awakening early if it involves making and eating breakfast. Is it a problem if I am already thinking about what I’m gonna make for dinner? :/
Get someone else to open the tube of biscuits because it’s scary. Spray a baking dish and lay out biscuits in single file please.
Whisk together eggs, shredded cheese, ham, minced onion, chives, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-38 minutes, until golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving. Top with more chopped chives.
Check out the video that inspired me to make this! It was delicious and it’s versatile-instead of ham, add cooked sausage, or different veggies like peppers, spinach and/or mushrooms….I would make sure to cook those first before adding them in because all the water from the veggies could make it soggy. Anyway, we loved this! ♥
